SPEECH OF THE ROCKIES Washington, DC: Secretary Randall M. Packer continues his nationwide tour at the University of Colorado, Boulder to deliver the "Speech of the Rockies," announcing the activation of the Experimental Party, and its latest initiative, "10,000 Acts of Artistic Mediation." In his first Rocky Mountain address since taking office, Secretary Packer will call on all artists to serve their nation - in celebration of the universal spirit of collective expression - by joining the Experimental Party. The Party intends to engage artists in acts of appropriation through art and polemic, manifesto and demonstration, love and politics. Following his speech at the University of Colorado, Boulder, the Secretary will travel to New York University on March 10th, to deliver the "Speech of Zero Hour," outlining "10,000 Acts of Artistic Mediation" as an urgent response in these extraordinary times of crisis.
